Dadditude in The Wall Street Journal
[Press Mention!!] Nothing has ever been built or rebuilt without collaboration. Yet, for many families, the societal pressures on working or stay-at-home mums & dads have created a rift between the parents in the household. And a lot of resentment.

How can we be so good and focused on collaborating well at work, and so bad sometimes at creating a well-oiled, honest, respectful, balanced team in the home with our partner?
We're proud to see our recent collaborations with Blessing Adesiyan's The Care Gap and Michael Perry's Maple Family App highlighted in this latest article, alongside the amazing platforms of Jill Koziol's Motherly® and Eve Rodsky.
We're very hopeful for the future. We call this the Big Reset. Partners can start by sitting down at the table, deeply listening to each other's stories, trauma, burden, resentment, mental load, and plan for a more collaborative future by sharing all the tasks (big, small, obvious, or hidden) in a more equitable manner to make a home and family flourish. It's not going to be easy, but the great news is that we already know how to do this!
(Shout out to all the other mum and dad focused orgs that have been working in this space for years or decades. We are standing on your shoulders. And shout out to all the single parents who keep things going for themselves and their kids!)
