Hourly Movement Breaks for Everyone
We all know we should move more during our workday, but we rarely do. While building Flexbase, I stayed hunched over my computer for hours in a row. So I took a break last week and built a tiny web app that pings you each hour for a 5-minute movement break (100+ simple movements for all levels and setups).
And to make it less lonely, the 5-min session is happening all over the world at the same time. It's a group workout of sorts. Give it a try!
