Push/Pull AI Dynamics
The dynamics of our interactions with AI systems are fascinating. Right now, we're firmly in the Pull phase, where we rely on AI for immediate assistance or task execution. But we're also starting to see glimpses of the Push phase, especially with tools like email or coding assistants.
In the future, AI will need to strike a balance—knowing when to offer help or proactively suggest the next steps, and when to step back and let users take control.
One exciting project pushing us toward this more balanced dynamic and beyond is 15-year-old Toby Brown's new product Beem. It's in closed beta at the moment, but the launch video is super sleek (and I can't wait to get an invite when it's ready)!
